Fighting For Your Rights
We are trial lawyers who master the facts and know the law. As our track record indicates, we know how to persuasively – and effectively – tell each client’s story to obtain the best possible result based on the facts and circumstances of their individual case.
Diane Menashe is a trial lawyer who has tried more than 150 criminal and civil cases to jury verdict. Her vast success in the courtroom is attributed to her mastery of the facts and the law and her unique ability to understand how to use every phase of the trial, to further her client’s story and to ultimately gain favorable verdicts.
Her work includes high-level criminal defense in state and federal courts, complex civil litigation, internal investigations, parole hearings, judicial release motions and juvenile criminal defense.
Annually, Diane is a faculty member of Harvard Law School’s Trial Advocacy Workshop where she teaches alongside of some of the best trial lawyers and judges in the country.
In recognition of her experience as a trial lawyer, Diane is a fellow in both the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL).
Diane, a four-year collegiate rower, coached the Tulane Law School varsity women’s rowing team while attending law school at the university. She brings the collaborative approach to her work, especially in the courtroom where she understands the value of putting together a diverse, experienced team.
Ally specializes in high-stakes trial work, taking on complex civil and criminal matters, including but not limited to state and federal criminal actions, contract disputes, business, personal, and professional torts, insurance defense, and bad-faith litigation. Prior to joining our firm, Ally worked for AM Law 100 and 200 law firms where she tried multiple civil and criminal cases to jury – all with favorable verdicts.
At Menashe Law Group, Ally is the go-to for pre-trial motion practice, e-discovery collection, management, and review (including through third-party discovery databases), case oversight, and trial preparations. Ally is one of the rare attorneys who has significant in-court and trial experience in both civil and criminal litigation which gives her a perspective and depth of knowledge that makes her a critical member of our team.
Ally works in the Columbus office and when not handling cases, spends time with her fiancé and her golden retriever, Ziggy (who is still working on “no jumping!”).
